• HOW LONG WILL THE CARPET CLEANING PROCESS TAKE?

  This all depends on how dirty the carpet is, if there are any spots that need to be treated, the size of the carpet, and amount of furniture in the room. You should count on a 3-hour minimum. 

• HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE CARPET TO DRY?

  Drying time depends on the airflow to the area, the humidity level, and the room temperature. Generally, it takes around 24 hours for the carpet to completely dry.

• CAN I DO ANYTHING TO SPEED UP DRYING TIME?

  Running fans and your HVAC system can help speed the drying time of your carpets.

• CAN I WALK ON THE CARPET WHILE IT IS DRYING?

  Yes, but make sure to wear clean shoes, socks, or bare feet.

• HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY CARPET CLEANED?

  It is recommended that you have your carpets professionally cleaned every 6 to 12 months. The more often you have your carpets cleaned, the longer they will last. If you have allergies, children, or pets, you might want to get professional carpet cleaning more frequently. 

• HOW MUCH DOES CARPET CLEANING COST?

  Commerical carpet cleaning costs depend on the size of the rooms, the amount of furniture to be moved, and pre-treatment.  We have a minimum of 500 sq. ft., at $0.25-$0.40/sq. ft. You will receive a complete price before the work is scheduled. 

• DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO PREP THE CARPET FOR CLEANING?

  A light vacuuming is recommended before washing but not required.

• ARE ALL SPOTS OR STAINS GUARANTEED TO COME OUT?

  We cannot guarantee that all spots or stains on your carpet can be removed. It depends on what the stain is from, the age of the carpet, and how long the stain has been there.

• CAN CARPET CLEANING SERVICES GET RID OF FLEAS OR BED BUGS IN THE CARPET?

  We suggest you treat the carpet for fleas, bedbugs, or other insects before getting it cleaned. We cannot guarantee the carpet cleaning process will get rid of all the insects. Carpets are not the only place bugs lay their eggs, so furniture should also be cleaned.
